Region: This wine was produced from grapes grown at Dillon's Point and the Spring Creek subregion of Raupara in Marlborough.
Accolades for this Wine:

New Release

Tasting Notes: Ripe tropical and stonefruit aromas harmonise with capsicum and gooseberry characters.
Cellaring: Best enjoyed 1-2 years from release.
Wine Style: A combination of modern and traditional winemaking techniques has produced a wine with excellent fruit concentration, crisp acidity and generous texture.  This wine is classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc in style, yet with enough subtlety to pair well with food.
Vineyards: By combining grapes from two distinct regions we are able to create a wine with a broad flavour profile, displaying plenty of depth and interest.
Winemaking:

Care, with minimal intervention, was taken throughout the winemaking process, to ensure the vibrant flavours of the Marlborough Terroir are expressed in the finished wine. The grapes were machine harvested and pressed immediately to retain the delicate aromas. The juice was then cool fermented in stainless steel and allowed to rest on the yeast lees for several months to help impart further richness and texture. The wine is then bottled to retain freshness and fruit purity.
