So close to the Auckland ferry, Cable Bay is destined to become a must-visit stop on the Waiheke trail and a destination dining spot for those who enjoy fine food and wine.

The wine was great, the tortellini was full of the juice of duck, so fresh and delicious and the salmon with fresh oyster was full of the taste of the sea. The people of Waiheke Island are completely spoiled.

“Dégustation” or “a careful, appreciative tasting of various foods” doesn’t do justice to the experience I had recently at Cable bay Vineyards. Some of the most delicious dishes I have ever tasted. Dégustation at Cable Bay Vineyard is, therefore, highly recommended.
