Waiheke Island
On Waiheke Island we have five vineyards located at the western end of the island. The sites range from the inland Carter vineyard in Onetangi through to the steep slopes of Church Bay.
We have taken an environmentally considerate approach to vineyard establishment and the on-going management of the sites. The row orientation matches the natural contours of each location and the planting is higher density than conventional vineyards, with trellis design that optimizes fruit quality.
The varieties planted include Chardonnay, Viognier, Pinot Gris, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Syrah.
Marlborough
We source our grapes from vineyards located in the Raupara and Omaka sub-regions of Marlborough’s famous Wairau Valley. The diversity of sites enables us to blend wine from the individual vineyards to achieve our desired wine style. We currently grow the following varieties; Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Noir.
