
Our winemaking philosophy is to respect the unique characteristics of the individual vineyard sites.
Having a portfolio of vineyards provides a range of fruit with different attributes, giving robustness while reducing the risks normally associated with single sites.
The winemaking process focuses on small lot winemaking to handle the separate parcels of fruit from the various vineyards. This results in wines with their own 'personality'.
We then use these small lots to create the final product and achieve our goal of balanced harmonious wines with layers of flavour and interest.
We employ traditional winemaking techniques such as hand harvesting, whole bunch pressing, hand plunged red fermentations and barrel aging.
